How far in advance should I book?



We recommend booking your Opulent Moments experience as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (May-September) and holiday periods. Most clients book 6-12 months ahead for weddings and 3-6 months for corporate events to secure their preferred date.

However, we sometimes have last-minute availability, so it's always worth getting in touch even for upcoming events.

What areas do you cover?



We're proudly based in the West Midlands, but we travel nationwide to bring our premium booth experiences to events across the UK. We regularly service Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Leicester, and surrounding areas.

We've delivered our services at venues across the country, so wherever your event is taking place, we'd be delighted to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.

Can we customise the booth experience to match our event theme?



Absolutely! Personalisation is one of our specialities. We can customise virtually every aspect of your booth experience, including print templates, digital overlays, backdrop designs, and prop selections.

For our Premium and Opulent packages, we'll work with you to create bespoke designs that perfectly complement your event theme, colour scheme, and branding. Simply share your vision with us, and we'll make it happen.

Will there be someone to look after the booth during our event?



Yes, absolutely! Throughout the entire duration of your event, we provide two trained professionals to operate the booth and assist with your guestbook. Our attendants are experienced in engaging with guests, encouraging participation, and ensuring everyone gets perfect keepsakes.

We'll arrive one hour before the scheduled start time (at no additional cost) to set up everything perfectly.

How will our guests receive their photos?



Guests receive high-quality 6×4″ printed photos on the spot using our professional dye-sublimation printers (prints are included in all our photobooth packages). For digital sharing, we offer multiple convenient options: guests can instantly access their digital copies via QR code scanning, email delivery, or AirDrop for Apple users. All digital images include your custom template and branding.

With our video guestbook service, you'll receive a beautifully edited compilation of all video messages after your event, along with individual clips that can be shared privately with your guests.

Can your booths be used outdoors?



Yes they can! All we ask is that if you're planning an outdoor event, please discuss this with us in advance so we can recommend the best setup for your specific venue.
